Île-de-Bréhat sits on the coast of the English Channel, an island world defined by tide-scoured rock and the long light of summer. L'Île-de-Bréhat s'ancre sur la côte de la Manche, un monde insulaire sculpté par la roche battue des marées et la lumière étirée des étés bretons. L'air marin y dépose le parfum des ajoncs et des bruyères sur les pointes sauvages. Le visiteur peut se diriger vers le Phare du Paon, sentinelle solitaire au-dessus des eaux, ou chercher le recueillement à la Chapelle Saint-Michel. Près du bourg, le Moulin à marée du Birlot témoigne d'un temps ancien, rythmé par le flux et le reflux. C'est un pays de granit et d'écume, où l'horizon ne cesse de se réinventer.
