OFFICIAL FRENCH MAPS. The green 🔍 Search Maps button opens a second map with three base layers: OSM (OpenStreetMap), Plan IGN — France's official national map from the Institut national de l'information géographique et forestière — and Photos, the IGN's aerial photography. Two overlays go over any of them: Contours, the IGN's contour lines, and Relief, hillshading from the RGE ALTI one-metre terrain model. The search box finds any place in France or beyond by name.
Click Grid to overlay the UTM grid — one-kilometre squares at normal zoom. Click Measure and tap two points for the distance plus the grid, true and magnetic bearing.
📍 My position takes a single GPS reading and shows it as an MGRS reference, as plain UTM, as Lambert-93 (the French national grid, EPSG:2154) and as latitude and longitude, with a Copy position button. Map tiles need mobile coverage; a GPS reading does not.
Mode d'emploi.

Saint-Adrien rests within the quiet depths of the Côtes-d'Armor, a landscape defined by the resilient granite of the Breton interior. Here, the land is woven with hedged bocage and sunken lanes, where the light lingers long into the summer evenings. The river Trieux winds close by, threading through a countryside marked by the nearby Bois d'Avaugour. To explore the surrounding terrain is to encounter echoes of the past, such as the mysterious Dolmen sous tumulus de Tanouëdou or the earthen ramparts of the Castel Huelen motte castrale. Further afield, the stone walls of the Château des Salles stand as silent witnesses to the passage of time.
