How to Use This Map / Mode d'emploi

Use the Map and Satellite buttons to switch between the street map and aerial imagery, and the + and − buttons to zoom. Click ⛶ Fullscreen for a larger view; press Escape or tap ✕ Exit Fullscreen to return.

OFFICIAL FRENCH MAPS. The green 🔍 Search Maps button opens a second map with three base layers: OSM (OpenStreetMap), Plan IGN — France's official national map from the Institut national de l'information géographique et forestière — and Photos, the IGN's aerial photography. Two overlays go over any of them: Contours, the IGN's contour lines, and Relief, hillshading from the RGE ALTI one-metre terrain model. The search box finds any place in France or beyond by name.

Click Grid to overlay the UTM grid — one-kilometre squares at normal zoom. Click Measure and tap two points for the distance plus the grid, true and magnetic bearing.

📍 My position takes a single GPS reading and shows it as an MGRS reference, as plain UTM, as Lambert-93 (the French national grid, EPSG:2154) and as latitude and longitude, with a Copy position button. Map tiles need mobile coverage; a GPS reading does not.

Mode d'emploi.

About Saint-Lormel

Saint-Lormel rests in the quiet heart of the Côtes-d'Armor, where the landscape is defined by the gentle undulations of the Breton bocage and narrow, sunken lanes. L'Arguenon flows nearby, carving its path through the verdant fields toward the English Channel. Beyond the summit of la Jeannière, the air carries a salt tang from the nearby Baie de l'Arguenon. Visitors may explore the evocative ruins of the Château du Guildo, standing as a sentinel over the estuary, or discover the storied walls of the Manoir de Vaumadeuc. Within the village, the historic silhouette of la Ville Robert remains a silent witness to the passage of time.
