Cargèse rests within the Parc Naturel Régional de Corse, a landscape defined by the rugged architecture of granite and maquis. Here, the mountains rise with a sudden, vertical intensity toward the sky, holding the summit of Punta di Crulia in their grasp. Nearby, the Forêt d’Esigna offers a dense canopy, while the scent of immortelle drifts in the summer heat, carried from the upland reaches of Culetta a e Conche toward the distant Mediterranean coast. Cargèse s'inscrit au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional de Corse, dans un paysage où le granit et le maquis composent une architecture minérale austère. Les montagnes y surgissent avec une vigueur verticale, dominant les hauteurs où la Punta di Crulia veille sur les terres environnantes. La Forêt d’Esigna offre un refuge boisé, tandis que le parfum de l’immortelle se diffuse dans la chaleur, remontant des reliefs de la Culetta a e Conche vers le rivage méditerranéen.
