Relanges rests upon the plateau, a place where the forest comes right up to the fields and the rhythm of the land is set by the slow turn of the seasons. The Ruisseau de Lichecourt winds through this quiet country, framed by the deep greenery of the Forêt Domaniale de Darney. Nearby, the Château de Lichecourt stands as a silent sentinel of stone, while the Château de Saint-Baslemont waits in the verdant distance. To the horizon, the heights of the Haut du Camp watch over the long streets of these villages, where the memory of iron and salt lingers in the red ochre earth.
Relanges s'inscrit sur le plateau, là où la forêt s'avance jusqu'aux champs et où le paysage impose sa lenteur. Le Ruisseau de Lichecourt serpente à travers ce pays discret, bordé par l'ombre dense de la Forêt Domaniale de Darney. Non loin, le Château de Lichecourt se dresse en gardien de pierre, tandis que le Château de Saint-Baslemont se découvre dans la campagne environnante.
