Quintillan s'inscrit au cœur du parc naturel régional Corbières-Fenouillèdes, où le cours de la Berre serpente entre les reliefs du Mont Tauch. Ce paysage de hautes terres, voisin de la Forêt Domaniale du Verdouble et dominé par la Serre de Quintillan, se prête à une exploration paisible.
