📍 My position takes a single GPS reading and shows it as an MGRS / UTMREF reference — the format German mountain rescue works in — as plain UTM, and as latitude and longitude, with a Copy position button. Map tiles need mobile coverage; a GPS reading does not.

Gutenberg is a quiet village tucked into the folds of the Schwäbische Alb, where the clear waters of the Lauter stream carve a path through the landscape. Surrounded by the protected nature of the Biosphärenreservat Schwäbische Alb, the valley is framed by the slopes of the Bulz. Visitors may wander into the depths of the Gutenberger Höhle to admire its intricate stone formations or find the cool, rising waters at the Lauterursprung.
