Das Ostenviertel schmiegt sich an das historische Regensburg, ein Stadtteil, in dem der Lauf der Donau den Herzschlag des Alltags bestimmt. Östlich weitet sich die Landschaft in Richtung sanfter Hügel, wo der Raubberg als stiller Wächter am Horizont emporragt.
