Chiesa Nuova is a small village within the comune of Levanto, perched on the hills where the R. Morroni carves its path. The land rises toward the Costa Marroni and Costa Chiesanova, enveloped by the Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre. The air here holds the salt of the nearby Spiaggia di Monterosso and Spiaggia di Levanto. A short distance away, the Castello di Levanto surveys the terrain, while the Santuario di Nostra Signora di Soviore offers a quiet vantage point.
