📍 My position takes a single GPS reading and shows it as an MGRS reference, as plain UTM, as Lambert-93 (the French national grid, EPSG:2154) and as latitude and longitude, with a Copy position button. Map tiles need mobile coverage; a GPS reading does not.

Corbara clings to the slopes where granite meets the scent of immortelle, a landscape defined by mountains rising straight out of the sea. Below, the Ruisseau de Fica Fosca winds toward the coast, while the nearby Lac de Codole mirrors the high bare ridges. The Rivages de Corbara protect a rugged terrain of maquis and stone. A short walk away, the Couvent Saint-Dominique offers a quiet sanctuary, while the silhouette of the Tour génoise de Spano remains a sentinel on the headland. In the wider countryside, the Phare de la Pietra illuminates the horizon, where the sea meets the crests of the island.
