Macchero is a small village within the comune of Argegno, situated where the Valle Bisurco and the Valle di Macchero converge. The land here feels carved by the flow of the Torrente Telo, with the sharp profiles of Monte Ballano and Monte Gringo defining the horizon. Nearby, the Grotta dell'Orso invites exploration into the cool depths of the earth, while the ruins of Sant'Eufemia linger above the landscape.
