Muro sits on a quiet hillside within the comune of Comerio, where the air often carries the damp, cooling breath of the nearby Lago di Varese. The Torrente dei Boschetti runs through the village, carving a path toward the green depths of the Valle Cavernago and the Valle del Ceppone. Beyond the village, Poggio Roccolo rises sharply against the horizon, providing a backdrop to the protected landscape of Parco Campo dei Fiori.
