Reading the map like an IGM sheet. Puy is a frazione of Casteldelfino, clinging to the high mountain slopes where the air sharpens and the light turns crystalline. The landscape is defined by the Torrente Varaita di Bellino, which carves its path directly through the settlement, and the slopes of Costa Greit. Near the village, the Ruderi del Castello offer a quiet perspective on the fourteenth century, while the Croce del Puy serves as a natural viewpoint over the rugged terrain. Below the village, the water of Toumpi La Piso cascades down, marking the rhythm of the valley in this remote corner of the Parco Naturale Monviso.
