Ferretta sits upon the rugged slopes of the Nebrodi, defined by the rise of Cozzo Picasi and the proximity of the Parco dei Nebrodi. From its position within the comune of Militello Rosmarino, the village looks toward the Fiumara Rosmarino and the heights of Monte Cottonaro.
