The air here holds a particular clarity, often brushed by the morning mist that drifts from the nearby valley of Vallevento. To the north, the sharp profiles of Colle Pinciana and Colle delle Viole define the horizon, while the distant, imposing presence of Monte Terminillo serves as a constant landmark on the skyline.
